OICR Precision Clean Room and Oxygen Systems Cleaning Services

At SCI, our Oxygen Instrumentation Calibration Room (OICR) provides a world-class, controlled environment for precision cleaning. Our clean room facilities are designed to meet the exacting standards required by defense and aerospace industries, offering a high level of contamination control to ensure the safe and effective performance of critical systems.

Our certified 600-square-foot controlled area and 500-square-foot clean room are capable of performing a wide range of services, including in-shop precision cleaning, hydrostatic/proof testing, flushing, certification, and packaging of oxygen/nitrogen systems, instrumentation, piping, hoses, and components.

Certified Oxygen Instrumentation Calibration Room (OICR)

SCI’s Oxygen Instrumentation Calibration Room (OICR) is accredited by the NAVSEA Joint Navy Audit Certification Team (JNACT), providing a certified environment for the cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of oxygen and compressed gas instrumentation.

Our OICR facilities are staffed with certified Oxygen Clean Workers who are specially trained to handle oxygen systems, ensuring that all equipment is properly cleaned and calibrated to the highest standards.
