CAPT, USN Retired

Claude-Philippe “Claude” Lim brings nearly four decades of leadership and experience across the U.S. Navy, Naval Special Warfare (NSW), federal service, and the private sector. As a 1987 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and former Navy SEAL, Mr. Lim completed multiple operational deployments and mobilizations before retiring as a Captain after 30 years of uniformed service. His career has included extensive work supporting the Department of Defense, USSOCOM, NSW, and NAVSEA, with a focus on undersea mobility, emerging technologies, acquisition, and capability development. Most recently, he served as Resource and Requirements Director for NSW Group EIGHT, helping oversee a diverse portfolio across capabilities ranging from undersea platforms to unmanned systems, before retiring from federal service in May 2026.
